Privacy and your workspace
This internal portal is for authorized Mankind and Yardhouse team members to access development projects and request project permissions.
Google sign-in
We request your basic Google profile and email address. Google provides your account identifier, verified email, name, profile image, and Workspace domain. We use these to identify you, check company eligibility, and establish your session. The portal does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or Calendar. Your Google password is entered with Google, not with this portal.
Workspace records
The portal stores project comments, saved views, model revisions, uploaded files, permissions, access requests and their explanations, and audit records identifying who saved changes and when. Project owners can review these records to administer sharing. Session cookies keep you signed in.
Services that process data
Google handles sign-in, Vercel hosts the application, and Neon hosts the project-access database. These services process the data needed to operate the portal, including technical request and service logs.

Contact steven@mankindig.com about your information, access, corrections, or deletion requests. Project and access history may need to be retained for business records; contact the administrator for the handling of a specific record.
